Policies, Terms, and Conditions
- All orders are custom and require full prepayment.
- Turnaround time is approximately two to four weeks after payment, so please plan your order ahead of time.
- All embroidery orders require a one time digitizing fee of $99. All vinyl orders require a one time $25 setup fee if you do not have vector artwork.
- Table cover logos can be matched to club colors if Maderia thread color numbers are provided. Otherwise we will match the color(s) as close as possible from the art file sent.
- Adobe Illustrator AI or EPS vector artwork files are required for Shotgun Hole Markers and any vinyl logos.
- Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and checks only.
- Table covers are meant for indoor / outdoor use and are fade resistant, but not fade proof. For best results only put out the covers during your event and bring them in after.
- Cleaning: Spot clean with a mild soap and water. Air Dry. Avoid high heat. Use a steamer gently to remove wrinkles.
Returns
Custom items (logoed) are not returnable. However, if there is an error on our part, we will do our best to correct it.

The artwork, designs, and trademarks imprinted on the products within this catalog are only examples of the type and quality of embroidered products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, design, or trademark.
